What should be noted when selecting underwater aquaculture cameras?
Hits: 479 Time: October 13,2025

Waterproof and Pressure Resistance : It should meet the waterproof rating of IP68 or above and withstand the water pressure of the corresponding aquaculture sea area to prevent water leakage and equipment damage.

Corrosion Resistance : The camera body should be made of 316L stainless steel or titanium alloy to resist long-term corrosion by seawater and extend the service life of the equipment.

Clarity and Lens Adaptability : The resolution is recommended to be 4K or higher, and a wide-angle lens should be matched to cover a larger aquaculture area. The lens should have anti-fog and anti-reflection functions to ensure clear underwater images.

Night Vision and Fill Light Function : Equipped with infrared fill lights or white lights to meet the shooting needs in low-light environments at night or in deep water, facilitating the observation of the nighttime activities of organisms.

Stability of Data Transmission : Priority should be given to equipment that supports 5G or wired transmission to ensure that the real-time transmitted images are not stuck, making it convenient for remote monitoring of aquaculture conditions.

Ease of Installation and Maintenance : Choose lightweight and easily detachable equipment to reduce the difficulty of underwater installation. At the same time, it should support remote fault diagnosis to lower maintenance costs.
