How Long Can Underwater Aquaculture Cameras Work Underwater?
Hits: 702 Time: September 20,2025

The working time of underwater aquaculture cameras varies depending on factors such as device model, battery capacity, and function settings, ranging from a few hours to several months or even years.

Some ordinary underwater aquaculture cameras, such as those equipped with a 12V 4.5Ah storage battery, can work continuously for about 3.5 hours when fully charged. Others with a 4.5AH storage battery can be used continuously for approximately 6 hours after a full charge. For underwater cameras with a 12V 7Ah lithium battery, the continuous working time is about 5.5 hours when fully charged.

Some high-end or specially designed underwater cameras have longer working hours. For example, the underwater cameras from Sub C Imaging are equipped with a sleep mode, which can extend the battery life by 65 times, enabling long-term deployment for months or even years. In addition, Kaining underwater slow-live broadcast cameras can perform 24-hour real-time monitoring.
